Gluten Free

When production facilities are exclusively dedicated to gluten free production for diagnosed coelics, they are certified gluten free by the Italian ministry for food and agriculture. All Seggiano gluten free pasta is certified gluten free, as are many of our sauces and pestos.

Some Seggiano products, are called called gluten free, instead of certified gluten free, because they are produced with strict procedures in place to avoid any cross contamination with gluten. Procedures must be verified by analysis which must consistently demonstrate less than 20 ppm (parts per million) presence of gluten.
