Raw Basil Pesto - Catering Size

Our pesto is made from the tender top leaves of fresh Ligurian basil, grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.

The leaves are preserved in oil within hours of handpicking, to capture their amazing flavour.

Remove excess oil before serving.

Olive Oil, CASHEW NUTS, fresh DOP Genovese basil 30%, sea salt, pine nuts.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within one month, keeping the surface covered with a thin layer of olive oil. Store away from heat and light.
