These specialist organic rice varieties have been farmed for generations in the Po Valley of Piemonte, where our producers have their own in-house husking facility to guarantee the lightest shelling of grains to maintain maximal nutrient content.
All except the Wild Red Rice are now certified organic and cultivated without the usual systemic herbicides, which damage the planet and all its inhabitants.
