Avocado on Toast

Step 1 - Prepare the avocado

Chop the avocado in half, take out the stone and peel. Smash with a fork.

Step 2 - Toast the bread

Toast a slice of sourdough bread.

Step 3 - Mix ingredients

Add the basil oil, olive oil, salt and pepper to the smashed avocado and mix together.

Step 4 - To serve

Add a generous amount of the avocado mixture toast and add either sliced tomato or baby tomatoes on top. Finish with a generous drizzle of the super dense balsamic vinegar.
