Feta and Basil Pesto Dip

Method
Step 1 - Mix the ingredients
Place the feta in a food processor and pulse into small crumbs. Add the yoghurt and blend until the mixture is whipped and very smooth.
Step 2 - Add final ingredients
Add the lemon zest, garlic and a few generous grinds of black pepper and blend for 10 seconds more.
Step 3 - To serve
Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with the pesto before serving with the flatbreads, crackers or vegetables.
