Honey Roasted Peaches
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Step 1 - Step 1 - Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 220C (425F). Place parchment paper on a baking dish with edges.
Step 2 - Step 2 - Slice the peaches
Slice the peaches in half and remove the pips. Place cut side up on the baking tray.
Step 3 - Step 3 - Drizzle the honey and bake
Drizzle with honey and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes depending on the ripeness and size of your peaches.
Step 4 - Step 4 - Serve
Serve with yoghurt, granola and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
