Wild Red Rice

A deliciously nutty wild red rice from the Vercelli rice farmers in the Po Valley of Piemonte. Its quality lies in both the grain selection and traditional stone husking, a gentle process that results in optimum nutrient and flavour. This firm and nutty spontaneous, or wild red rice is fantastic when combined with strong, hearty flavours and often used in salads. The rice is vacuum packed to maintain quality.
