Roasted Artichoke Hearts in EVOO

Exceptionally tasty artichokes, grilled over volcanic rock to give them a deliciously complex roasted flavour. A small, family-run production in Tuscany prepare fresh artichokes by hand at harvest time and preserve them the traditional way, under extra virgin olive oil. Serve as part of a light antipasto, slice and add to salads or enjoy on bruschetta.

Artichokes 63%, extra virgin olive oil 36%, vinegar, sea salt, chilli, rosemary, garlic, pepper.

Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep the artichokes covered in the oil, refrigerate and eat within one month.
