Method
Step 1 - Prepare your bread
Start by slicing your baguette or loaf and lightly toasting it on both sides
Step 2 - Add olive oil
Gently pour a teaspoon or so of your extra virgin olive oil onto the freshly toasted bread
Step 3 - Get creative with your toppings
We suggest pairing basil leaves with Sun-Dried Tomato Paté, garlic with Black Olive Paté and parsley sprigs with Fresh Artichoke Paté – but feel free to get creative!
Step 4 - Black Olive Paté Bruschetta
- After toasting bread and adding oil, gently rub your garlic clove across the bread to infuse with flavour
- Spread a generous helping of SEGGIANO Black Olive Paté onto your toasts
- Add a sprig of parsley (optional) and serve
Step 5 - Fresh Artichoke Paté
- After toasting bread and adding oil, spread a generous helping of SEGGIANO Fresh Artichoke Paté onto your toasts
- Add a sprig of parsley (optional) and serve
Step 6 - Sun-Dried Tomato Paté Bruschetta
