Baked Apples stuffed with Strudel and Chestnuts

Method
Step 1 - Make the crumble topping
Rub together the flour, cinnamon and butter until it comes together in nice lumps. Add the oats to combine to keep a bit of texture. Keep to one side.
Step 2 - Prepare the apples
Slice the top off your apples and remove the core.
Step 3 - Make the strudel mix
Roughly chop the chestnuts, mixed nuts and sultanas. Add to a bowl with the the honey, finely grated ginger, orange zest and spices and combine.
Step 4 - Stuff the apples
Stuff the apples with the strudel mix making sure it is nice and compact. Add the crumble topping, pushing it down slightly so that it stays in place. Add a small knob of butter to each apple.
Step 5 - Bake in oven
Bake in a preheated oven 190c or in an air fryer for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6 - To serve
Delicious served warm with custard and a drizzle of Seggiano Acacia Raw Honey.
