Torrone Semifreddo

Cooking time: 10 mins prep and 6 hours in the freezer

Serves: 4-6


Satisfy your sweet tooth with this raw honey and torrone semifreddo. Remember to allow it to defrost a little before serving and serve with a topping of your choice, like fresh fruit or fine shavings of dark chocolate.

Step 1 - Whip the cream and honey

In a large bowl, whip the cream with honey until firm

Step 2 - Add the torrone and place in freezer

Fold the finely chopped torrone gently into the mixture and spoon it into a freeze resistant container

Step 3 - Freeze for at least 6 hours

Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface and freeze for at least 6 hours
