Step 1 - Step 1 - Add the ingredients
Add the pasta, mixed antipasti, passata and pesto to a large lidded saucepan or casserole dish then pour over the stock.
Step 2 - Step 2 - Cook for 10 minutes
Bring to the boil over a medium heat then turn down to a simmer and put the lid on. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes to ensure the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
Step 3 - Step 3 - Remove the lid
Remove the lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the pasta is al dente, then serve.
