Creamy Artichoke and Seafood Bake

Method
Step 1 - Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 180 c fan / 160 c / Gas 4
Step 2 - Make the sauce
Heat a large deep sided oven-proof pan over a medium heat. Add the butter, only and celery and cook for 4-5 minutes or until starting to soften. Sprinkle over the flour and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Step 3 - Add the mussels and artichokes
Add the mussels and artichoke hearts to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4 - Add other ingredients
Add the milk, cream, artichoke pate lemon rind, tarragon and dill, season well and stir to combine.
Step 5 - Add fish and bake
Add the prawns and fish and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the mussels have opening and the fish is cooked through.
Step 6 - Finishing touches
To serve, spoon into serving bowls alongside the SEGGIANO Parmesan Flatbreads.
