Fig Super Dense Balsamic Glaze
I buy this regularly, as it is perfect for salads and dressings. It brings a beautiful balance and wow factor to a salad made with rocket leaves, parmigiano cheese,olive oil and/or crutons. But I use it on blue cheese and in other dishes as well. Delicious.

I love this glaze. I love it so much that I was willing to seek it outside the US! I drizzle it on my salad or other vegetables and it adds a rich flavor that is incredibly satisfying.

Fig Super Dense Balsamic Glaze
Lovely unctuous balsamic vinegar gently tart with a hint of figgy sweetness, perfect for drizzling on grilled vegetables, prosciutto, marinading lamb chops and so much else. Since coming across this a good few years back, it - or Seggiano's raspberry version- has had a permanent place in my condiment cupboard. Fabulous.
