Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse

This rich and creamy chocolate pudding is simply perfect for those with the will, but without the time.

Step 1 - Beat the cream
Put the double cream in a mixing bowl and beat until soft peaks can be formed
Step 2 - Fold the cream into the cacao spread
Allow the chocolate spread to soften at room temperature and place in a separate bowl. Gradually fold in the whipped cream using a wooden spoon
Step 3 - Mix and cool in the fridge
Mix gently with an upward movement until evenly combined and refrigerate the mousse for a minimum of two hours
Step 4 - Serving
Immediately before serving, crush the chocolate biscuits and divide them among smaller, individual cups or bowls. Into each cup, carefully place three or four spoons of mousse on top of the biscuits and garnish with chopped hazelnuts
